You receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been fulfilled.
There will be a “track your order” button on the email. If you haven’t received an email yet, worry not! Your order will might take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched.
If you have received the incorrect items or the items you have received are defective, please email support@anaz.ca with a photo of the item. We will email you a label and schedule a free pick-up. Once we receive the defective item, we will instantly issue a full refund.
You will be provided with a date after delivery to confirm, cancel, or edit your choices. After the given date, we then proceed with payment. Please email us at support@anaz.ca with the subject line ‘finalize order’ and let us know which items you are returning.
